bummer

just spent the whole day bumming in front of the comp playing runescape..lol starting to get a lil bit bored of it now. haha but not to the point of quitting the game totally =P have loads of stuff tt i want to do! gotta finish watching princess hours and csi new york..m in the middle of both shows. and i have finally decided to work during the hols i think..dun think i will ever get this opportunity again so i should prolly just give it a shot and see how things go. hope it will be fun and not a waste of my holiday time =]

did my theory exam ytd..lol have a bad feeling tt i wont be able to scrape through this time round. spent like half an hour staring at the very first section not knowing how to do it at all. was so stressed during the exam lar. but i managed to finish everything in time. phew. was rushing through the last bit. then went to wanling's hse to do pw. haha i love my pw group..our stuff looks so pro now! partly cuz of wanling's comp skills..lol m like an IT idiot next to them -.- shall scoot off to watch princess hours now!

hurt finger...

m amazed at how dense i can be sometimes..typing miserably with one finger missing cuz it's all plastered up. cant really use it properly. ahh well to cut a long story short. went out with my mom aft sch today at wisma. all went well until our trip back home. my dad offered to pick us up frm the mrt station and since he asked me to buy some milk frm the supermarket.. i made my way to cheers to get it. but all the huge cartons were on the top shelve of the fridge and when i reached up to take one..my unfortunate finger went into the ventilator fan and nearly got chopped off.

lol think i m like seriously slow or something..when my finger got caught in the fan and came out relatively unscathed. i thought nth happened and denied tt i cut myself when my mom asked if something happened to me. then when i examined my finger again aft getting the milk it was all black due to the filthy fan which havent been cleaned in ages..and i was still happily telling my mom tt it wasnt painful at all. by the time i reached the counter it was like bleeding and i was still immune to the wounds. it was only until i got into my dad's car did my finger start hurting -.- boo and the cashier at cheers didnt help at all when my mom told her what happened..all she did was to ask me why i didnt ask her to get the milk for me when i couldnt reach it. -.-" and she's about the same height as me. argh. didnt want to be rude..so i just stood there smiling and nodding at her words. gah..my mom had a good time telling everyone how my finger got stuck in the fan..everyone in the family was just terribly amazed with me. boo.

played runescape today until i nearly went blind. just sat in front of the comp for a few hrs straight..and i havent even gotten down to studying for my theory exam!!! ahh..m quite sure i'm gonna fail and i feel rather bad for wasting my parents' money signing up for this exam. m determined not to play rs again until next sat. hrumph.

got back everything ytd but was too tired to blog about it until now. did quite okay for everything..though m abit peeved for physics. oh well but i did better for econs than i had expected which was really a surprise for me. =] yep so i guess i just have to be contented with my grades lar. cant be too greedy all the time.

monday blues

got back only chem and math today..thought we would get everything back at one shot. hah did better than i expected for both subs and felt quite happy abt it today. until i realized tt it's cuz chem and math were the easier papers..all the harder papers will be returned tml. m so gonna flunk physics tml =( m quite sure of that. but oh well..quite nice to hear tt most of my class did quite well =] hah think the four of us, me jo junxin and jingxuan, improved alot as compared to cts! the four of us were quite excited today..yayee! wish me luck for tml's papers!

noticed tt i always start my entry with some crappy title that always repeat itself a few entries later..hah but if i don't put a title it seems a lil weird. okay..tt's irrelevant. supposed to go for open hse today but i didnt go in the end..stayed home for the whole day. spent the morning playing runescape -.- i should really really stop playing this game..it's getting addictive. and i just realized tt my piano theory exam is in two weeks! yikes..didnt even thought it is tt soon. and i havent started studying for it at all yet..so frm tml onwards i resolve to begin mugging for my exam seriously. anyway watched two eps of csi new york today..found the set of dvds in the cupboard. lol didnt even know my hse has it..it's quite interesting actually though i dun really enjoy watching the part where they do the dissection. totally gross. lol got interested in the show aft they showed one ep in sch during chem lessons..yepyep going off for dinner now. blog another time soon.

h3 math was cancelled today so me jo wanling and mo went to far east to bum around today. heh mo met her mom on the way..lol her mom and her act like sisters lar. how cool is that man. =] havent been there in ages..always used to go there for lunch back in rg. kinda miss the atmosphere there..and i miss the food at cahaya's! ended up walking around the whole place before heading to anatolia to eat. didnt plan on eating anything at first but ended up being tempted by the pasta salad at the salad bar. lol shared a plate with jo and we practically filled the whole plate with heaps of pasta salad. hah there was like a whole mountain of salad aft we finished picking everything. =P and they offered us free bread as well! wanted to walk around some more aft tt but we were so tired tt we decided to head home instead. just finished doing my pw stuff..and guess what..m playing runescape again. lol m like addicted to it alr. tsk tsk.

been slacking for the whole of today..hmm life aft promos does seem abit aimless aft all. lol there is like absolutely so much free time tt i dunno what to do at all. kinda getting sick of going out alr aft going out so frequently in the past week. but anyway i went to vivo city ytd! gosh the mall is gigantic..and the shops there are quite nice =] just tt many of them werent open yet..but still it was fun to walk around admiring everything. must definitely go back there again aft its official opening.

was going through all the stuff in my cupboard today. went through all the boxes of notes tt were accquired frm sec sch..most of them were notes frm all the band concerts and stuff. felt quite nostalgic going through the notes and all the memories frm rgssb started coming back to me. now tt i actually thought abt it..i kinda miss doing all the band stuff. having tiring band pracs, getting scolded by snrs, crying when they announced the syf results etc. esp the camaderie among our batch. although i thought tt it's no big deal tt we are going to rj cuz we're ultimately in the same sch but the same feeling just isn't there anymore. oh well at least we still see each other around in sch and are not in different jcs..tt would be much worse -.- went to get a farewell present for my snr today. gosh cant believe time passes so quickly..it seems like just ytd when i went for orientation and started classes. but i heard tt jc2 passes even more quickly so i guess it wont be too far off when we actually have our farewell. =(

went out with angela today aft the op briefing today! lol had loads of fun gossiping and catching up =] havent really talked to her properly in ages and i rarely ever see her at sch..went orchard to do some window shopping. lol saw quite alot of nice stuff..haha but angela considers like half of the things she saw nice so yeah..almost everything was nice. -.- headed to raffles city aft tt cuz she wanted to look at some bags. lol and we walked into all the expensive shops for fun but nobody bothered abt us. bah. the sales people didnt even bother to greet us..which really got me peeved. sometimes the service at these so called branded shops is really lousy and it's normally those sales people at the normal shops that are nice to you. spent some time slacking at subway aft tt and i tried the special concoction of lemon tea and coke which was really not bad. lol angela even called her friend to ask for the exact proportion of the coke and lemon tea. talked bout loads of stuff before we finally decided to head home =] as a sidenote..decided to call the levi's head office tml to ask for an interview. tania and angela are interested in working too! yay so hopefully i wont feel so lonely while working =]

went to marina square today with yunlin and jung to hang out. had lunch at spageddies..ordered a grilled chicken primavera which is some spaghetti dish with chicken bits on it. it was really yummy..lol but yunlin and jung were on a diet so i ended up to be the only one having a proper meal while jung munched on her salad and yunlin had a milkshake. lol totally felt like a super greedy monster. =P

went around window shopping for a while..saw a few stuff that were quite nice but i wasnt in the mood to get them today so i shall go back soon to buy everything. =] aft walking for a while we decided to go play pool. all of us were like noobs lar..we were even having trouble arranging the balls together. can never seem to get it right. but hah my pool skills are improving! so proud of myself..i feel so satisfied whenever i have a good shot. jung was a pro at it though..wanna go play pool more often though. it seems quite fun to me. ended up staying there for abt three hours before heading home.

really think i m growing fatter. must start exercising and stop snacking excessively from now on..though i just ate a whole truckload of snacks just now cuz my aunt brought back alot of nice yummy stuff frm her japan trip. argh..must really resist the temptation to stuff everything into my mouth.

went to bought my mom's b-day cake at swensen's ytd and the waiter who was serving me was like damn funny lar. tried asking him for a cookies and cream cake and since the one tt i wanted was like hidden far into the fridge..he had to bend down to get it lar. but when he did tt he accidentally pressed some button in the fridge and the fridge just had some major power failure thing..which is like damn funny cuz he cudnt figure out how to turn it back on and instead turned to me and said tt he's finished in chinese. lol i had to control myself to stop myself frm laughing there and then lar. =P

went to jumbo for dinner ytd..had lots of yummy stuff esp the chili crabs which was really delicious. and aft dinner we headed to the water skiing area to watch people ski. hah my aunt was asking me to try it out one day while i m still young. lol actually i dun mind experimenting cuz it seems quite fun. but i will be very stressed out cuz there will be so many people watching me at the sides..quite embarrassing if i keep falling into the water. anyone interested in trying it out with me? (^^)
