the season of giving

merry x'mas! :) it's finally christmas today! thanks for all the sms greetings and pretty cards frm everyone!

hmm it doesn't really feel like x'mas today..lol always have this perception that christmas is supposed to be a magical day but when i woke up this morning everything just felt so er...normal. haha quite disappointing actually. boo. was expecting something special to happen. but my whole family is having steamboat for dinner tonight :) so i will be a very happy person tonight.

heh on a side note..i have alr opened all my presents last night and the day before. lol didn't have the patience to wait till christmas. heh got quite a few nice stuff..got a pretty silver bracelet frm my mom, a pink ipod cover frm my aunt among all the presents..

christmas really makes me feel like the year has come to a complete end. am really amazed at how this yr passed so quickly. and it makes me ponder about all the things i have achieved in these twelve months..and about how i have grown up considerably. realize that i am actually a very blessed person..it's just that when you get too caught up in the fast pace of life someimtes..you tend to forget the things that really matters and start taking them for granted. yep..so here's a great thanks to everyone who helped me through this yr in one way or another! :)
