havent managed to make the time to blog even though its the march hols..heh been studying for cts this week..or to put it more precisely i was trying to study for cts. whether my mugging is really effective or not is another matter altogether. somehow i just dont have the urgency i felt for promos last yr..this prep session for cts somehow feels slacker as compared to the intensive mugging done for the year-end exams last year. keep on procrastinating and putting things off these few days..not to mention taking a short break every few mins aft flipping throug a few pgs of the notes :\ just hope tt i dont flop too badly this time round

anyway went to the esplanade for lunch with my mom and bro yesterday..first time i ate at the esplanade. my mom wanted to bring us to a chinese restaurant but we decided on eating at ichiban boshi instead in the end. the whole ambience is quite nice..could see a lil of the view of the river frm where i was sitting. would usually just order ala carte from the sushi menu but my mom and bro tried the bento sets this time round and its seriously yummy! :) the portions are generous too..heh was planning on trying the momo peach ice-cream but didnt have the stomach space for it aft eating up all the food on the table. must go back to try the dessert one day aft cts :) :)

my aunt was talking to me recently about the courses that i might wanna do in university and i seriously had no idea on what i want to do in the future. was contemplating on doing financial engineering cuz that was what she recommended to me..apparently the pay is quite good but the job itself seems rather stressful. she was telling me that her friend who worked in this sector retired at forty plus. hah so its either you lead a very stressful work life and retire early or lead a less stressful work life and retire late. both doesnt sound very inviting :\
